White Walkers in Winter Storm Jonas.

Winter Storm Jonas is battering the New York City as I type this. Two feet of snow has fallen in some parts of town and mixed with the ferocious winds battering the city, we're officially experiencing a blizzard. Still, that didn't stop New Yorkers walking across their beloved Williamsburg Bridge right in the middle of it all. The Williamsburg Bridge is 1.4 miles long and 310 feet high. It connects Manhattan's Lower East Side and Brooklyn's Williamsburg over the East RIver. It features a very popular walkway that is typically packed with pedestrians and cyclists. It is also, for those that don't know, an uncovered walkway. No solid walls, no roof, nothing. I just went out there and took portraits of people right after they'd walked across from Brooklyn through the driving snow and bitter gale to Manhattan.
